Jessica Gallant began her career in real estate 10 years ago, and has been building relationships ever since. Throughout her career, she has come to deeply value the work she does with her clients and various teams. Through real estate, Jessica is able to appreciate her passion for people, and has been in human resources ever since. Jessica’s direct experience and professional training allows her to identify, attract and acquire top talent for our team. Her priority is to consistently build outstanding rapport with hiring excellent leaders, and for candidates to maintain a positive experience throughout the entire hiring process. Jessica is trained on AIRS methodologies, Diversity Recruitment, and Social Network Recruiting.

Over the span of her career, Jessica worked with companies in the following industries: Information Technology, Web Hosting, Department of Defense, and Telecommunications both internationally and domestically. Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Human Services, and hold certifications in the following: Certified Professional Recruiter, Certified Advanced Internet Recruiter, Certified Social Media Recruitment, and Elite Certified Recruitment Expert.
