Tony is a highly motivated and talented individual hailing from China. He recently graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. As an honor student in the Economics Department, Tony's dedication and hard work paid off when his graduation thesis won the prestigious 2023 Outstanding Paper Award in the Economics Department. Currently, Tony is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management at the Foster School of Business. His strong analytical skills and passion for learning have become a valuable asset in his academic and professional pursuits.
In July 2022, Tony joined Venture as an intern, quickly proving himself and earning a promotion to the role of analyst. He is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, adept at creating complex formulas, data visualization, and managing large datasets. His strong mathematical abilities are evident in his ability to solve problems quickly and accurately. His commitment to excellence and ability to adapt to new challenges make him a valuable contributor to the team.
Outside of work and academics, Tony is an avid ping-pong player and enjoys tennis. He finds that participating in sports helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance and develop his competitive spirit. Tony has thoroughly enjoyed working at Venture, where he is able to apply his skills and knowledge to make meaningful impacts. One fun fact about Tony is that, despite his love for Boba tea, he prefers not to have any Boba in it!
