Stephanie knew that she was interested in real estate at a very young age. She remembers her dad taking on a house flip project and was very intrigued by the whole process. Her interest continued to get stronger through high school and college where she became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Stephanie received her BA in Business Marketing from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Dependability and positivity are important values to Stephanie, as she works hard to ensure that Venture clients and team members are taken care of.

Stephanie believes that business is about relationships first, making the goals of her clients a top priority. Whether it is buying or selling their dream home, acquiring or selling income-producing single-family rentals or multi-family assets, her belief in providing the best results for her clients and building lasting, impactful relationships is at the core of her business.

When Stephanie is out of the office, she enjoys traveling, swimming, cooking, and spending time with family. She is excited to be a part of the Venture team.
